REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 
DIGITAL LOGGING RECORDER REPLACEMENT

The Richmond County Board of Supervisors is soliciting competitive, negotiable proposals for the replacement and maintenance of a Digital Logging Recorder within the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, from experienced and professionally qualified vendors.  Specifications are available for download from the County’s website (www.co.richmond.va.us), by contacting Christopher H. Box 1000, Warsaw, Virginia 22572, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Written proposals, clearly labeled on the outside “Richmond County Digital Logging Recorder Replacement,” shall be received by the Board of Supervisors at the aforementioned address until March 3, 2017 at 4 p.m.  Proposals received after this time shall not be given further consideration.  The Richmond County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive any minor irregularities, informalities, or failure to conform to this Request for Proposals, upon finding that doing so is in the best interest of Richmond County.
